On time, every time. If something goes wrong, tell us before the start time, not after.

Be reliable
Do what you said you would do. Reliability is the first thing a site notices and the last thing it forgets.

Be safe
PPE on, rules followed, eyes open. Nobody gets kept on for being fast and unsafe.

Listen
Take the briefing in. Ask if you are not sure. Nobody minds a question. Everybody minds a guess.

Learn
Watch the trades. Ask what they are doing. That curiosity is how a labourer becomes a steel fixer.
