Need help? Start here.
The LabourLok team is available during staffed hours. Outside those hours you can leave a message, and the signposting on this page is always here.
Pick the one that fits.
Each option opens a short message form. You can also tap the Need help? button in the corner of any page.
A real team, during real hours.
LabourLok support is staffed during working hours by people who know the jobs, the sites and the workers. Outside those hours, automated responses will tell you the team is unavailable and let you leave a message, which we pick up when we're next in.
LabourLok does not currently operate a 24/7 staffed support service. Automated signposting is available at any time on this page and on the wellbeing page.

Call during staffed hours, Monday to Friday.
For anything that isn't urgent: lachlan@labourlok.com (workers and sites) or nichola@labourlok.com (clients).
Quick answers.
Where's my site and what time do I start?
Your job details are sent to you before the start. If you can't find them, choose "I need my job or site information" above and tell us your name and the job. Do not guess the site.
I can't make my shift.
Tell us before the start time, not after. Use the Need help? button or the support line on 07507 996670. Employers plan around you turning up.
I haven't been paid or it looks wrong.
Choose "I have a pay question" and tell us the week, the hours and what you were expecting. We check it with the client and come back to you.
Something happened on site and I'm not happy.
Choose "I need help with something at work". If it's a safety issue, stop and tell the site supervisor immediately as well.
I need to talk to someone. It's not about work.
Choose "I'm struggling and need support". We will listen and point you to the right help. If you're in immediate danger call 999.
I'm an employer with a live job issue.
Choose "I'm an employer" and tell us the job and the issue. Workforce and on-site enquiries are handled by Lachlan Robinson Stewart.
