You tell us about them
A short form with your details and a little about the person. No personal candidate data is needed at this stage beyond a first name and how to reach you.

We speak to you, then to them
We check the fit, understand any barriers and agree how to make contact with the young person, with their consent.

Work readiness
Kit, cards, habits and a briefing. We work alongside you if you are already supporting them.

Placement and support
Real paid work with an employer who knows what they are taking on. We stay involved and keep you updated where appropriate.
