Need good people? Tell us what you need.
We'll find the people, help get them work-ready and make sure they know where they're going, what they're doing and what they need before they arrive.
You manage the job. We help manage the journey.
Labour where the work actually happens.
Practical and physical roles across the UK and, where appropriate, Europe.
LabourLok people have already worked for and on projects with:
Everything an employer asks us. Answered.
Who we supply
Work-ready general labour, mates, assistants, trainees and operatives, plus skilled and licensed people where your job needs them. Our initial focus is young people aged 17 to 25 who are entering work, returning to work or need a first chance, backed by our support so they arrive ready.
Industries covered
Construction, trades, security, facilities management, events and exhibitions, shop fit-out, landscapes, highways and civils, and practical, physical workforce roles across the board.
UK and European capability
We operate throughout the UK and, where appropriate, Europe. Tell us where the job is and we will tell you what we can mobilise.
How mobilisation works
You tell us what you need, where and when. We confirm the people, brief them on the site, the work, the kit and the contact, sort travel and accommodation where needed, and check in on day one. You manage the job. We help manage the journey.
CSCS for construction
Where a role requires it, construction workers hold the appropriate CSCS card and we help candidates get there before they arrive. We are clear about who holds what, so there are no surprises at the gate.
SIA licensing for security
Licensable security roles are filled by SIA licence holders. We help candidates understand the licensing route and do not put unlicensed people into licensable work.
Work-readiness
Boots, PPE, phone charged, know where you are going, know who you are meeting. We build those habits before the first shift, not after the first complaint.
Welfare and support
Our people can reach us with problems at work, accommodation issues, pay questions or when they are struggling. That support keeps them on your job and keeps your site running.
Working-away arrangements
For jobs away from home we help arrange travel and accommodation and make sure people know where they are staying before they set off.
Access to training and progression
People who are learning stay. Most learning happens on site alongside skilled workers, and we signpost workers to training, cards and qualifications through third-party providers, helping to fund them where we can. The labourer you get on Monday is worth more to you in six months.
Temporary to permanent
The best reason for someone to leave LabourLok is that they do not need us anymore. Clients may have options for permanent transfer or a supported transition, subject to our client terms and applicable legislation.
Briefed. Kitted. On time.Four steps from your call to their first shift.
Tell us
Role, numbers, location, start date, duration, cards or licences required, and anything specific about the site.
We match and prepare
We confirm the right people, check cards and licences, and run through the job, the site rules and what to bring.
We mobilise
Travel, accommodation where needed, site contact, start time and induction details are all confirmed before anyone sets off.
We stay involved
Day-one check-in, ongoing welfare and support, and a straight line to us if anything on either side needs sorting.
Reliable people now. A stronger workforce later.
Every LabourLok worker is on a pathway: work readiness, paid work, experience, access to training and skills, and a future career of their own. Employers who invest in that pathway get people who stay, learn and progress.

Tell us what labour you need.
A short form is all it takes. We'll come back to you with what we can mobilise and when.
