The Data Protection Policy is being prepared alongside the Privacy Policy and will be published here.

Our approach

• We collect only the information needed for the purpose in hand.
• We obtain appropriate consent before a third party submits personal candidate information to us, and we will not accept sensitive details about a young person through the referral form.
• Worker information is used to place, pay and support workers and is shared with clients only as far as necessary for an assignment.
• Where a candidate is under 18 we may involve a parent or guardian.
