Status
The Compliance page is being prepared and will set out our regulatory position, insurance, right-to-work checks, CSCS and SIA requirements, health and safety arrangements and payroll compliance in full.
Principles
- Right-to-work checks for every worker.
- CSCS cards for applicable construction roles and SIA licences for licensable security roles.
- No unlicensed worker is placed into licensable security work.
- Health and safety responsibilities shared clearly between LabourLok and the client.
- Accurate pay, payslips and statutory deductions.
