The UK has a skills shortage and a generation of young people who can't get through the door. Those two facts should cancel each other out. They don't, because nobody is doing the work in the middle: finding the people, getting them ready, putting them on site and staying with them.

LabourLok supplies labour across construction, trades, security, facilities management, events and exhibitions, shop fit-out, landscapes, highways and civils, and practical, physical workforce roles. We operate throughout the UK and, where appropriate, Europe.
Our initial focus is young people aged 17 to 25, particularly those who are NEET (not in education, employment or training), entering work for the first time, returning to employment or facing barriers to getting started.
LabourLok is not simply about filling vacancies. We aim to take someone from opportunity, through work readiness, paid work, experience, access to training and skills, to a future and a career of their own, whether that is permanent employment or a business of their own.
